Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs and abs.

Breakfast: Egg/oatmeal pancake, boiled eggs or a sandwich ( bread, cheese, lettuce, chicken breast.)
Lunch: Sandwich (bread, cheese, lettuce, chicken breast) usually. Nuts.
Snack 4: Boiled Eggs. Gatorade. Some kind of Energy bar
Dinner: Chicken, meat or fish with rice.
Snack: fruits
Get down to at least 10percent body fat. Goal weight: 180.
